BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a WCM Specialist to own our Web Content Management for the Web Portal. You’ll work with TeamSite, LiveSite, and OpenDeploy, shaping the architecture and delivering components within an Agile environment.

Collaboration with architects, leads, and integrators is key to success. You’ll ensure security, performance, and reliability while maintaining documentation that developers and stakeholders can actually use.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in WCM and web platforms.
• Expertise with OpenText TeamSite, LiveSite, and OpenDeploy.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, React, HTML5, CSS/SASS.
• Experience with CI/CD using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Nexus.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Own WCM expertise and lead TeamSite-based implementations.
• Develop, integrate, and improve web components with leads and integrators.
• Ensure portal reliability and contribute to future WCM vision.
• Create clear, practical documentation for stakeholders.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management with security and performance focus.
• Handle on-call rotation (one week per month, 18:00–07:30).

The Agile Production Services (APS) tribe is where IT Production happens. As part of a tight-knit group of 7 teams, we handle end-to-end Production Services, from go-live support to 24/7 on-call troubleshooting (yes, nights and weekends included).

Your role? The tech backbone of our digital operations. Whether it’s Level 2/3 support, application security, or hosting optimization, you’ll work closely with Infrastructure and Dev teams to keep our systems fast, secure, and reliable. No two days are the same-and that’s the way we like it.

AND IN DETAIL

As our WCM Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all things Web Content Management.

That means:

Ownership of WCM expertise: you’ll be the resident guru on TeamSite, headless architecture, and best practices.When teams need answers, they come to you.Building, integrating, improving: you’ll analyze, develop, or implement new components, working with Application Leads and integrators to push boundaries.Keeping the Portal running smoothly: but not just maintaining it. You’ll help shape the future vision in our WCM guild (our tech community).Documentation that actually helps: you’ll turn complex setups into clear, actionable guides for stakeholders. No jargon-heavy manuals.Collaborating with architects: you’ll assist in cost-benefit analyses for new web implementations.Security and performance first: you’ll play an active role in incident, problem, and change management. Finding issues, fixing them, preventing repeats.Setting standards: you’ll ensure every user, on every device, has a seamless experience.Monitoring and optimizing: you’ll track performance, spot bottlenecks, and keep things running at peak efficiency.On-call duty: One week per month (18:00–7:30), you’re the go-to person. But don’t worry: you’re never alone.

What you bring:

5+ years of experience.OpenText mastery: you know TeamSite, LiveSite, OpenDeploy inside out, in an Agile/XP environment.Your tech toolkit:JavaScript, Node.js, NPM, React, Webpack, Jest, SASS, HTML5 are your daily drivers.CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Nexus). You automate like it’s second nature.Headless WCM architecture (especially TeamSite). You don’t just understand it, you make it work.Sharp analytical skills. You spot problems before they happen.
