BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a Senior Privileged Access Management (PAM) expert who will own the design, implementation, and optimization of CyberArk-based solutions to meet security, regulatory, and operational needs. The role collaborates with IAM, IT Security, Compliance and Risk teams in a hybrid Brussels setting.

You will lead the PAM program, drive governance, and collaborate to upskill colleagues while leveraging SailPoint, CyberArk, and ServiceNow to build a scalable identity framework

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security technology with deep expertise in IAM and PAM.
• Mandatory CyberArk experience; SoD/RBAC knowledge is essential.
• Proficiency with SailPoint, Cloud platforms, ServiceNow; CISSP or equivalent.

You’ll be the go-to expert in Privileged Access Management (PAM) within our IAM Evolution Squad, driving the security and efficiency of access governance at BNP Paribas Fortis.

Your mission? Design, implement, and optimize PAM solutions using CyberArk and SailPoint, ensuring compliance with strict banking regulations while collaborating with IT, security, and business teams.

What You’ll Own

• Lead PAM Strategy & Execution: As the Privileged Access Management (PAM) Subject Matter Expert (SME), you’ll own the design, implementation, and optimization of CyberArk-based solutions, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and operational needs.
• Strengthen Access Governance: Work closely with IAM, IT Security, Compliance, and Risk teams to align access policies with BNP Paribas Fortis standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive Process Improvement: Use KPIs and data‑driven insights to refine access management workflows, reducing risks and enhancing efficiency.
• Collaborate & Train: Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices and upskill colleagues on PAM and IAM protocols.
• Innovate with Cutting‑Edge Tools: Leverage SailPoint, CyberArk, and ServiceNow to build a scalable, adaptive identity framework.

YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES

10+ years in security technology, with deep expertise in

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM), CyberArk experience mandatory
• Segregation of Duties (SoD) & Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC)

Hands‑on experience with

• SailPoint, Cloud (IaaS/PaaS), ServiceNow, Process Management Tools
• Designing requirements, specifications, and use cases
• CISSP Certification (or equivalent)

Languages

• Dutch & French (spoken communication)
