About the Position
For our site logistics, we are looking for multiple Warehouse Supervisors to manage material flows from receipt to issuance.
You will ensure traceability, availability, correct storage, and timely delivery of materials to the work fronts, so that construction does not suffer production losses due to material issues.
Your Responsibilities
- Organizing the receipt, identification, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuance of project materials.
- Checking delivery notes, quantities, damage, certificates, and discrepancies during goods receipt.
- Managing warehouse locations, laydown areas, quarantine zones, and material traceability.
- Coordinating material requests and issuance to construction teams based on priorities and work fronts.
- Maintaining inventory records in ERP/material management systems and performing cycle counts.
- Proactively reporting shortages, missing materials, damaged items, and delivery risks to procurement/construction.
- Ensuring correct preservation of sensitive E&I materials and equipment according to vendor requirements.
- Supervising warehouse personnel and monitoring housekeeping, lifting, traffic, and HSE rules in the warehouse.
Your Profile
- Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Material Controller, or Site Logistics Coordinator in industry or large-scale projects.
- Experience with ERP/SAP or other warehouse/material management software.
- Strong administrative accuracy combined with hands‑on operational insight.
- Knowledge of E&I materials, equipment tagging, and traceability is a distinct advantage.
- Experience with preservation, quarantine, and inspection status of materials is desired.
- Good knowledge of English; Dutch is an asset.
- Flexibility for extended hours is required.
Education & experience
Education: Logistics/technical education or equivalent through experience
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in warehouse/material management
Certificates & site requirements
- VCA-basis or VCA-VOL depending on responsibility.
- Forklift/reach truck certificate is a plus if the role includes operational handling.
