About the Position
To strengthen our Project Acceleration Team, we are looking for several accurate Production Reporters / Assistants.
We expect you to be the link between the site, planning, and project management, ensuring that daily production and progress data are reported reliably, timely, and effectively.
Your Responsibilities
- Daily collection, verification, and consolidation of progress data from construction supervisors and field teams.
- Preparing and updating daily production reports, weekly progress reports, and management overviews.
- Comparing planned versus actual quantities, man-hours, and production, and signaling deviations in a timely manner.
- Maintaining installed quantities, work fronts, open constraints, and status per area, discipline, or work package.
- Supporting planners with look-aheads, S-curves, progress curves, and periodic cut-off reporting.
- Checking source data for completeness and consistency and actively following up on missing information at the site.
- Supporting project acceleration actions by making clear priorities, backlogs, and trends visible.
- Managing and structuring reporting files, trackers, and relevant project documentation.
Your Profile
- Experience with production, progress, or project reporting within construction, maintenance, shutdowns, or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI, dashboards, or reporting tools is a distinct advantage.
- Basic knowledge of project planning and concepts such as planned vs actual, productivity, look-ahead, and progress measurement.
- You work very accurately, are strong with numbers, and are not afraid to challenge missing or deviating data.
- You communicate fluently with both field personnel and planners and project management.
- Good knowledge of English; Dutch is a strong asset.
Education & experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience
Certificates & site requirements
- VCA Basic or willing to obtain this before starting.
- Experience on petrochemical or other high-hazard industrial sites is an advantage.
