Drees & Sommer Belgium is seeking an experienced logistics professional to manage construction-site warehouses for a demanding industrial project. You will oversee setup, storage, picking and dispatch, and ensure smooth material flows between the warehouse, site and subcontractors.

The role requires a logistics or construction-management background, several years of warehouse experience, and proficiency with ERP/WMS. English is required; knowledge of German, Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

Logistics or construction-management education required.
Several years in warehouse/logistics management on large projects.
Experience managing material flows on construction sites or project-related logistics.
Structured, solution-focused with strong coordination.
Proficient with ERP and warehouse management systems.
English required; German/Dutch/French a plus.
Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe.

Responsabilités

Set up, organize, and operate construction site warehouses (receiving, storage, picking, dispatch).
Ensure efficient material flows between warehouse, site, and subcontractors.
Monitor deliveries, inventory levels, and storage capacities per schedule.
Coordinate logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Implement and enforce processes, quality, and safety standards in warehouse operations (occupational safety).
Support material and inventory controlling and document deliveries and consumption.
