Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales, EMEA, to lead the regional commercial strategy, revenue growth and budget delivery. This remote role requires directing direct, inside and indirect channels, aligning with product, marketing, operations and supply chain to drive profitable growth and exceptional customer experience.

You will inspire and develop a diverse regional team, translate global priorities into actionable plans, and partner with finance and DBS

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in a senior strategic commercial management capacity within a global, fast paced environment.
Extensive experience leading sales teams in all traditional areas of sales.
Proven leadership capability with ability to attract, engage and develop people.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Responsabilités

Owns the EMEA commercial strategy and regional operating plan, translating global priorities into actions.
Leads the EMEA sales organization across direct, inside, distributor/indirect channels and commercial support teams.
Builds and manages regional operating plan, forecasting process, budgets, and investments with cross-functional leaders.
Identifies strategic growth opportunities and aligns regional strategy with product, marketing, operations and supply chain.
