Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a VP of Sales, EMEA to lead regional commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across direct, indirect, and distributor channels. This fully remote role requires guiding a diverse sales team, aligning with product, marketing, finance, and supply chain priorities, and delivering profitable growth in Europe.

The role reports to global leadership and emphasizes DBS fundamentals, forecasting accuracy, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior strategic commercial management roles in global, fast-paced settings.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams with regional responsibility and drive growth.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills with credibility and trust.

Responsabilités

• Own the EMEA commercial strategy and regional operating plan to drive revenue growth.
• Lead the EMEA sales organization across channels and support teams to hit targets.
• Develop and manage annual operating plan, forecasting, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional leaders.
• Inspire and retain a diverse high-performing regional sales team; coach and review performance.
• Provide regional insights to the global leadership team to shape broader priorities.
