Job summary

ZEISS Benelux is seeking a Sales and Application Specialist to drive sales and provide product advice, training, and application support for ZEISS Vitreoretinal products across Wallonia and Luxembourgish hospitals and private clinics.

You will travel frequently, collaborate with account managers and field service engineers, and report to the Sales Manager Medical Technology. A strong clinical and technical background, plus French and English fluency, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commercial, technical, biomedical or related field.
• Background in ophthalmology or medical device industry.
• Experience providing training and working in an operating room environment.
• Proactive, customer-focused, self-driven and able to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Well-organized, able to manage responsibilities, and stay calm under pressure.
• Fluent in French with good English skills.
• Hold a valid driver’s license (B) and willing to travel frequently.
• Preferably reside in Wallonia region.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales journey with stakeholders to close deals and meet targets.
• Provide product and application support for ZEISS Vitreoretinal products.
• Deliver presentations and training sessions at client sites and at conferences or ZEISS demo facilities.
• Assist in finding the right solutions for customers to ensure maximum satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues and field service engineers to resolve issues.
