Keystone Solutions is seeking a Visual Creator to join a client-facing consultancy mission. On-site with a dedicated investment-focused squad, you will produce engaging video, social and visual content that translates complex finance topics into clear, human narratives.

You will collaborate with storytellers and channel experts, adapt content for omnichannel campaigns, and operate autonomously in studio setups using AI tools to accelerate production while ensuring brand, legal and compliance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on content creation experience with portfolio.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Comfortable using GenAI tools for content creation.
• Ability to shoot and edit autonomously in a studio.
• Strong understanding of social media formats.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and explainer formats.
• Experience using analytics to optimise content.
• Ability to create content with a modern project branding.

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Visual Creator for a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our team on-site at the client, working within a dedicated investment-focused squad to create engaging content that helps audiences better understand investing and make informed financial decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content across formats, including video, social media content, visual assets, motion content and other digital formats.
• Translate complex investment and financial topics into content that feels clear, relevant and human.
• Collaborate closely with storytellers, campaign experts and channel specialists to bring content strategies to life.
• Contribute to the development of content formats that resonate with different audience segments and levels of financial knowledge.
• Stay on top of emerging content trends, platform evolutions and audience behaviours.
• Think beyond individual deliverables and identify opportunities to extend stories, campaigns and content themes across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Develop channel-specific adaptations that maximise the impact, reach and lifespan of content.
• Adapt long-form content into engaging platform-native formats while preserving the core message.
• Contribute to an omnichannel content approach across different stages of the customer journey.
• Continuously optimise content based on performance data, engagement metrics and audience insights.
• Work fluently with generative AI tools for content creation, image generation, video editing and content adaptation.
• Use AI as a creative amplifier, enabling faster production, higher quality output and greater experimentation.
• Explore new ways of integrating AI into content workflows and creative processes.
• Produce and edit video content across both short and long formats, ranging from social-first content to expert-driven formats.
• Design visual assets, thumbnails and social media content in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate external creative partners and freelancers for more complex productions when needed, ensuring quality and consistency of execution.
• Operate autonomously in studio environments for content recording, including basic lighting, framing and sound setup.
• Ensure all content complies with brand, legal and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• More than 6 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Hands-on content creator with a strong portfolio showcasing both content creation and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Comfortable working with GenAI content tools such as Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, Canva AI or similar solutions.
• Able to shoot and edit content autonomously in a studio environment.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital content formats.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animated explainer formats (preferable).
• Experience using analytics and content performance data to optimise content (preferable).
• Ability to create content that fits a modern, ownable project branding (preferable).
• Strong content marketing mindset with the ability to think beyond individual assets and approach content from an omnichannel perspective.
• Proven ability to identify how a single idea can be adapted into relevant formats and touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
• Comfortable operating as both a hands-on creator and a coordinator of freelance creative talent when required.
• Naturally curious about investment, personal finance, fintech and digital trends.
• Able to work within brand, legal and compliance guidelines in a regulated environment.
• Experience creating content for financial services, fintech, investment-related products or financial education (preferable).
• Experience in fast-paced squad environments with short production cycles (preferable).

Language Requirements:

• Active professional knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Digital Media, Content Creation, Marketing, Audiovisual Media, Graphic Design or equivalent experience.

Certification:

• No specific certification required. Relevant Adobe, GenAI, video production, design or content creation certifications are considered an asset.

Travel:

• No structural travel expected.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking, in line with chapter and squad agreements.
• Office presence at Brussels HQ on designated Chapter and Cluster/Squad days.
