Keystone Solutions seeks an AI Coach - Expert to work on-site with a client, guiding adoption and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across departments.

You will act as facilitator, trainer, and advisor to identify high-value AI use cases, support PoCs and pilots, and help staff effectively use AI tools like Copilot.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong AI/GenAI knowledge and HR applications.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethics.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives in digital or AI adoption.
• Strong facilitation, training, and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influence.
• Outstanding communication, diplomacy, and customer focus.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
• Empathy and active listening with focus on user needs.
• Business orientation, teamwork, proactivity, and results focus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French fluency required with basic in the other when fluent in one.
• 60% on-site and 40% homeworking.

Mission Overview

The client is seeking an AI Coach - Expert for a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on-site at the client, focusing on the adoption and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across various departments.

• Act as a facilitator, advisor, and trainer to help teams identify high-value AI use cases, guide them in the effective use of AI tools, and ensure solutions are adopted and aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Drive the delivery of analytics use cases throughout their life cycle, including identifying and prioritizing use cases, assessing current processes for automation opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders, supporting the design and implementation of Proofs of Concept and pilots, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and AI governance frameworks.
• Support staff in the day-to-day use of existing AI solutions (such as Copilot), ensuring effective adoption and productivity gains, and creating reference libraries of prompts for HR and other departments.
• Act as a bridge between teams and central AI departments, sharing best practices and success stories to foster a culture of innovation.
• Evangelize and educate by raising awareness of AI opportunities, delivering training, workshops, and hands-on sessions on AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong culture in AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models) and their applications in HR.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations.
• Experience in leading transformation initiatives, ideally in digital or AI adoption.
• Strong facilitation and training skills (workshops, coaching sessions, presentations).
• Ability to inspire, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
• Outstanding analytical and technical skills.
• Empathy and active listening, with a focus on user needs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (candidates with other academic backgrounds with knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply).
• Fluent in English. Dutch or French fluency is required, with basic proficiency in one when fluent in the other.
• Expectation: 60% on site & 40% homeworking.
