Keystone Solutions is seeking a Communication Collaborator/Manager to lead strategic communications for large client programs. You will translate business challenges into clear communication strategies, align stakeholders, and drive multi-phase change initiatives on-site and remotely.

You have extensive experience in corporate communications, stakeholder management, and project leadership, with fluency in Dutch/French and strong English business knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic/corporate/change communication or consulting.
• Experience with large communication, change, or transformation programs.
• Ability to think transversally within a business context.
• Experience in senior stakeholder management, advising, and influencing without hierarchical authority.
• Excellent project management skills; creative, analytical, mature, persuasive, and resilient.

Mission Overview

The client is seeking a Communication Collaborator / Manager for a consultancy mission delivered by Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while working on-site at the client’s location.

Role Description

This mission is positioned within the Marketing & Communications department, focusing on strategic communications, stakeholder management, change communication, and project management. You will translate complex business challenges into clear communication strategies, unite stakeholders around a common narrative, and successfully implement large-scale communication projects.

Responsibilities

• Advise and constructively challenge business stakeholders on complex communication issues.
• Translate business objectives into integrated communication strategies and concrete approaches.
• Develop communication frameworks, key messages, target group, channel, and activation strategies.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and project teams to create alignment and shared decisions.
• Lead and coordinate extensive communication and change projects.
• Convert strategy into concrete communication programs and actions.
• Create alignment, support, and engagement among stakeholders, experts, and teams.
• Monitor scope, planning, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in strategic communication, corporate communication, change communication, or communication consulting.
• Experience with large communication, change, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of business context and challenges, with the ability to think transversally.
• Experience in senior stakeholder management, advising, and influencing without hierarchical authority.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Creative and analytical, with maturity, persuasiveness, and resilience.
• Master’s degree in Communication, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French; business proficiency in English.

Work Location & Telework

50% on site and 50% homeworking.

Language Requirements

Dutch and French: strong written and spoken communication skills.

English: business knowledge.

Education

Master’s degree in Communication, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
