Keystone Solutions is seeking an Expert Functional Analyst for a client-site consultancy role in Brussels. You will bridge business needs and IT, translating requirements into clear specifications and supporting delivery of customer-centric, compliant digital services across enterprise channels.

As part of an interfunctional Agile team, you will design and develop high-quality applications, align stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in a complex business and IT environment.
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder alignment and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset.
• Experience with API, Java-based distributed applications, Mainframe programs, SQL queries, and data management.
• Experience in software lifecycle management and testing.

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an Expert Functional Analyst within the Channels & Customer Experience-Enterprises (CCE-E) Tribe. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, delivering value through your expertise and embodying our core values in every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• You will act as the bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting the delivery of customer-centric, compliant, and reliable digital services across enterprise channels and ecosystems.
• As part of an interfunctional Agile team, you will design and develop high-quality applications to meet evolving customer needs.
• You play a key role in aligning business and IT stakeholders, facilitating complex discussions, and defining the most appropriate solutions to address business needs.
• You define functional requirements and propose feasible solutions, evaluating the pros and cons of each.
• You design detailed functional solutions aligned with the target architecture and ensure a shared understanding across the delivery team.
• With your functional insights, you provide guidance and clarification to developers and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• In every activity, you continuously challenge ways of working and promote best practices to improve quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst in a complex business and IT environment.

• Practical knowledge and experience with API, Java-based distributed applications, Mainframe programs, SQL queries, and data management.
• Experience in software testing and testing tools.
• Strong experience in software lifecycle management.

Work Location:
