Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Owner consultant to represent our company on-site at client sites in Belgium, embedded in the Transformation Office focusing on Professional Credits for business clients.

You will own the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide Scrum ceremonies to ensure value delivery and alignment with the client's goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product ownership or Agile roles.
• Master’s degree required; certifications in product ownership or Agile methods are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as the Agile Product Owner, representing stakeholders and the voice of customers.
• Express and prioritize product needs using a Product Backlog.
• Ensure the Development Team’s understanding of the product and Sprint coherence.
• Build the product roadmap and translate this vision to the development team.
• Draft key functional specifications according to agile methodology.
• Plan iterations and define priorities to ensure proper content delivery.
• Define priorities and monitor the Product Backlog, continuously prioritizing key business needs.
• Align stakeholders on the product to be delivered.
• Initiate priority management, ensure product consistency and quality.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs).
• Make decisions or arbitrate on delivered functionalities.
• Conduct live adjustments and follow-up of Sprints Backlog.

Mission Overview

The Product Owner consultancy mission is offered by Keystone Solutions, where you will represent our company on-site at the client. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be embedded in the client's Transformation Office, focusing on Professional Credits for business clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Agile Product Owner, representing stakeholders and the voice of customers, capturing expectations, preferences, and aversions.
• Express and prioritize product needs using a Product Backlog.
• Ensure the Development Team’s understanding of the product and consistency of each Sprint.
• Build the product’s big picture, including its roadmap, and translate this vision to the development team.
• Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications according to agile methodology.
• Plan iterations and define priorities to ensure proper content delivery.
• Define priorities and monitor the Product Backlog, continuously prioritizing key business needs.
• Align stakeholders on the product to be delivered.
• Initiate priority management, ensure product consistency and quality.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs).
• Make decisions or arbitrate on delivered functionalities.

Language Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree.

Certification

• Certifications in Product ownership, business analysis, agile methodologies, workshop facilitation, innovation, or design thinking are a plus.

Travel

• Limited need for international and domestic travel within Belgium.

Telework

• Expectation: 50% on‑site, 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

Business Experience
