Content Creator in Brussels.

For a client, we are seeking a skilled Content Creator (M/V/X) to join a dynamic squad. This part-time role (50%) is based in Brussels with remote work options, starting on November 2, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2027. The working pattern alternates between 2-day and 3-day work weeks.

Role Description:

The Content Creator will be responsible for crafting engaging digital content that combines content creation, visual storytelling, video production, design, and channel adaptation.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Visual Storytelling:
  • Develop engaging content across formats, including video, social media, visual assets, and motion content.
  • Simplify complextopics into clear, relevant, and human content.
  • Collaborate with storytellers, campaign experts, and channel specialists to execute content strategies.
  • Innovate content formats that resonate with diverse audience segments and knowledge levels.
  • Stay updated on emerging content trends, platform evolutions, and audience behaviors.
• Content Amplification & Channel Adaptation:
  • Extend stories, campaigns, and content themes across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Create channel-specific adaptations to maximize content impact, reach, and lifespan.
  • Transform long-form content into engaging platform-native formats while maintaining the core message.
  • Contribute to an content approach across different customer journey stages.
  • Optimize content based on performance data, engagement metrics, and audience insights.
• AI-Powered Production:
  • Utilize generative AI tools for content creation, image generation, video editing, and content adaptation.
  • Use AI as a creative amplifier for faster production, higher quality output, and greater experimentation.
  • Explore new AI integration methods into content workflows and creative processes.
• Creative Execution:
  • Produce and edit video content in both short and long formats, from social-first to expert-driven formats.
  • Design visual assets, thumbnails, and social media content in line with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external creative partners and freelancers for complex productions, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Operate autonomously in studio environments for content recording, including basic lighting, framing, and sound setup.
  • Ensure all content complies with brand, legal, and compliance requirements.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Active professional knowledge
• French: Active professional knowledge
• English: Active professional knowledge

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Digital Media, Content Creation, Marketing, Audiovisual Media, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.

Experience and Skills:

• More than 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and storytelling capabilities.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Experience with GenAI content tools such as Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, Canva AI, or similar.
• Ability to shoot and edit content autonomously in a studio environment.
• Strong understanding of social media and digital content formats.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animated explainer formats is preferable.
• Experience using analytics and content performance data to optimize content.
• Strong content marketing mindset with an omnichannel perspective.
• Proven ability to adapt ideas into relevant formats and touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
• Experience in fast-paced squad environments with short production cycles is an asset.
