Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training Management or Workforce Transformation.
• Ability to assess skills/capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions.
• Experience designing role-based learning journeys and development pathways.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to engage with technical experts and translate complex capabilities into learning requirements.
• Experience in technically complex environments (utilities, energy, engineering) is advantageous.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital or technology transformations is a plus.
• Structured, pragmatic, transformation-ready mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify populations and roles impacted by the Virtual Substation transformation.
• Define future skills and capabilities required across populations.
• Assess existing capabilities and identify gaps and upskilling needs.
• Build a structured competency and learning framework linking populations, roles, skills and development.
• Define tailored learning pathways for different target groups.
• Determine learning approaches for each audience with relevant formats.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to translate capability needs into solutions.
• Coordinate design and development of training content and materials.
• Support rollout and implementation of learning pathways.
• Define mechanisms to assess learning effectiveness and capability development.
• Ensure training supports longer-term skills development for Virtual Substation.
