Job summary

DPS Group Global is seeking a Project Leader Substations in Belgium to contribute to design, construction, and modernization of HV substations in the transmission grid. You'll oversee projects from concept to delivery, blending electrical engineering expertise with strong project coordination.

The medior role targets an engineer with several years in engineering, infrastructure or site supervision, fluent in French, with Dutch as a plus.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
Several years of experience in project management, engineering, or site supervision.
Interest in high-voltage installations and the energy sector.
Native or professional fluency in French; Dutch is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Contribute to infrastructure projects for high-voltage substations from definition to closure.
Perform technical studies, designs, and engineering activities.
Carry out technical calculations and analyses.
Prepare and monitor project budgets and schedules.
Prepare tender dossiers and support procurement activities.
Coordinate site activities with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
Ensure safety, quality, planning and budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Report on project progress and milestones; act as main point of contact.
