NES Group Ltd seeks a Project Engineer for High Voltage Substations in Belgium. You will manage HV substation projects from concept through commissioning, coordinating across design, procurement, and site teams to deliver complex electrical infrastructure.

You will contribute to studies, calculations, budgets, and schedules, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role favors candidate with Dutch fluency and strong stakeholder communication to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent Dutch language skills are required.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Support and manage high-voltage substation projects from definition through to completion.
• Participate in project studies, technical design, and engineering activities.
• Perform and oversee technical analyses and engineering calculations.
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Prepare tender documentation and support procurement activities.
• Coordinate on-site project execution with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure delivery against objectives.
• Provide regular project reporting and communication to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
