Decskill, a growing IT consulting company and part of the Astek Group, seeks a Technical Support Engineer for Video Headend Services. You will provide technical and operational support, engage in a 24/7 on-call rota, and troubleshoot across IPTV/OTT, encoding, transcoding, and encryption environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in IPTV/OTT/Broadcast/Video Delivery environments.
• Strong incident management, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis abilities.
• Knowledge of video headend technologies and operations.
• Ability to diagnose transport stream issues and implement fixes.
• Languages: French and/or Dutch written comprehension.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical and operational support for Video Headend Engineering services and platforms.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, responding to incidents and alerts.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents across IPTV/OTT/video delivery environments.
• Monitor service performance and manage incident communication and escalation.
• Coordinate with NOC, Service Desk, engineers, vendors and broadcasters.
