Televic Rail is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support and maintain our passenger information and communication systems across Western Europe. The role includes on-field deployments at train builders, operators, and dynamic runs, plus remote support from our Izegem headquarters.

You will install software, train clients, conduct tests, document work with JIRA & Confluence, and collaborate with Project Management to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics, ICT or related field.
• Experience in system testing and troubleshooting; familiarity with Linux, software/hardware, and TCP/IP networking.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently, manage priorities, and work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages (French, Spanish, German, Arabic) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% across Western Europe.

Responsabilités

• On-field support: software installations, client training, testing, inspections and clear documentation (using JIRA & Confluence).
• Remote support from Izegem HQ: act as the primary technical contact, provide remote troubleshooting and coordinate with Project Management and other departments.
