Victrix Legion in Belgium is seeking an experienced AV/IT specialist to support videoconferencing systems and enterprise networks on prem. You will diagnose issues, manage Poly/PEXIP platforms, and maintain back-end infrastructure.

The role includes AV room systems, AD and PKI integration with Cisco products, and monitoring using tools like nGeniusOne. On-site work with occasional remote support.

Qualifications

• Problem solving, strong knowledge of HP/Poly and PEXIP Videoconferencing Technologies such as Poly ClaritiCore/Edge, Poly Clariti Manager, PEXIP back-end infrastructure, Diagnose and resolve technical issues, support software and basic associated network related problems.
• AV/V Room Systems: HP/Poly and Cisco VTC codecs; HP/Poly and Panasonic cameras; Epson projectors; NEC monitors; Crestron and Extron control processors; Televic microphone systems; Extron video matrixes; Video Wall TV Systems and other peripherals.
• AD & PKI: Good knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and PKI integration with Cisco products
• Monitoring Platforms: nGeniusOne, CA Performance Management, CA Spectrum, etc.
• Network Troubleshooting & Monitoring: Basic network troubleshooting, including boundary protection devices, on servers and end users; Splunk log monitoring and analysis; nGeniusOne monitoring and analysis.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to videoconferencing and AV systems.
• Support software and basic network-related problems in a large enterprise environment.
• Maintain and configure HP/Poly, PEXIP, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor networks and platforms to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
• Assist with AD and PKI integration tasks with Cisco products.
