• Minimum 5 years as a senior Scrum Master in financial services.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence for reporting and tracking.
• Experience guiding end-to-end agile delivery across tribes.
• Knowledge of GDPR and banking security standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
• Ability to lead Scrum Master guild coordination.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate planning across squads, business lines and partners.
• Facilitate communication and resolve stakeholder conflicts.
• Maintain reliable Jira/Confluence reporting for leadership.
• Guide ideation to deployment with proper coordination.
