Projective Group in Belgium is seeking a Scrum Master to lead one or more Agile teams within transformation programmes, delivering core banking and insurance transformations, digital customer journeys, target operating model redesigns, and regulatory initiatives. You will mentor teams, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments to enable value delivery across complex environments.

The role requires +5 years of Agile experience in financial services, strong Scrum knowledge, and relevant

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch or French and English.
• +5 years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Consultant.
• Experience working in Financial Services (banking, insurance, payments, asset management).
• Solid understanding of Scrum and practical Agile delivery.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe) is an asset.
• Experience in complex or regulated environments.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within transformation programmes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support teams in delivering value effectively.
• Mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
• Identify and remove impediments to improve team performance and delivery.
• Support planning, dependency management, and coordination in complex environments.
• Foster collaboration between business, IT, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
• Contribute to Projective Group's Agile community and knowledge sharing initiatives.
