Barrington James is recruiting a Key Account Manager for Trauma & Orthopaedics in Belgium. The role focuses on developing relationships with hospital and clinical stakeholders, expanding sales, and winning new business in the Belgian market.

You will work with surgeons and hospital purchasing teams, deepen knowledge of our product portfolio, and strive to exceed commercial targets as part of a growing Belgian team.

Qualifications

• Experience selling trauma devices to hospitals.
• Proven ability to win new business while managing key accounts.
• Strong relationships with clinical stakeholders and hospital teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships with key hospital and clinical stakeholders.
• Drive sales growth across the assigned territory.
• Identify and win new business opportunities through proactive business development.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while developing new customer relationships.
• Work closely with surgeons, clinicians and hospital purchasing teams.
• Develop strong knowledge of the company's product portfolio and clinical applications.
• Consistently achieve and exceed commercial targets.
• Contribute to the continued growth and development of the Belgian commercial organisation.
• Represent the business professionally within the Trauma and Orthopaedic market.
