Materialise Medical is seeking an Account Manager – Orthopaedics to lead our BeNe sales in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will build relationships with surgeons and hospitals, grow existing accounts, and drive adoption of orthopaedic solutions.

This hands-on role blends customer management, business development, clinical engagement, and strategic account development, requiring travel, fluency in Dutch and English, and a proven track record in orthopaedic medical device sales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Orthopaedic medical device sales, minimum 3 years.
• Strong commercial and business development mindset.
• Experience with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Able to translate clinical needs into commercial opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own orthopaedics sales performance within your territory.
• Develop a territory plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new customers, hospitals, surgeons, and business opportunities.
• Develop leads into qualified opportunities and convert to sales.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide forecasts.
• Expand use of Materialise solutions within existing accounts.
• Proactively generate new business rather than relying on inbound opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and key decision-makers.
• Understand customer needs, clinical workflows, and business challenges.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to deliver opportunities.
• Represent Materialise at orthopaedic conferences and events.
