Responsibilities

• You will join the Controls Software Environment team that is responsible for software integration and testing, and additionally develop related tools and processes according to Model‑Based Design and automotive industry standards and methodologies (ISO26262, ASPICE).
• You will develop methods, tools and processes which are standardized so that they can be used/applied in all of our e‑DCT projects.
• The controls software is developed according to the Model Based Development (MBD) process (V‑cycle) with Simulink.
• You will be working on: configuring Simulink models for Autosar integration, Controls SW integration, Controls SW testing framework (unit, MIL, HIL), continuous integration, SW generation, Controls SW build & release, tools development, processes development, automation.
• The goal of your role is to develop and rollout/use the software tools and processes for Controls development, for code generation and software build, all ISO26262, ASPICE and AUTOSAR compliant.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Automotive, Mechatronics, Controls, Electrical Engineering or similar
• 3+ years of professional work experience in model‑based design or embedded software engineering, preferably in an automotive context.
• Thorough knowledge of the Model‑based software development proces
• Experience with a broad set of MathWorks products (including Simulink, Stateflow, EmbeddedCoder) is also desired.
• Good experience working with AUTOSAR
• Experience with programming/scripting languages (such as Python, PERL, Java)
• Experience with Functional Safety standard ISO26262
• Experience with ASPICE
• Experience with modelling standards (MAAB), coding standards (MISRA C), software implementation standards, and/or certification processes and requirements (DO‑178B) is a strong plus.
• Experience with C/C++ code, makefiles, and toolchain‑based build processes. Experience in architecture and/or interface design for embedded systems.
• Experience with Target Language Compiler (TLC) is a strong plus.
