You will lead cross‑functional projects, coordinating engineering, validation, quality, software, hardware, manufacturing and suppliers to meet milestones, budgets and quality goals.

Responsabilités

• Lead automotive projects from project initiation through development, validation, industrialization, and delivery.
• Define and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, priorities, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, validation, quality, software, hardware, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers.
• Act as the main interface between the customer and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that deliverables are completed according to agreed timing, quality, and cost objectives.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays and define appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.
• Track project KPIs, actions, open points, and critical issues.
• Organize and lead project meetings, steering committees, and customer reviews.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between all project stakeholders.
• Manage changes in scope, requirements, priorities, and project constraints.
• Coordinate resource planning and ensure appropriate allocation of competencies across the project.
• Follow project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance where applicable.
• Support escalation and issue-resolution activities.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal processes, and applicable automotive quality standards.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and management reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project-management processes and best practices.
