Expleo Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Validation Lead in Belgium to define validation approaches and oversee test planning across European facilities. You will sign off results, convert needs into test requests, and lead a technically strong team through complex validation projects.

Requires a Master in Automotive/Electro-Mechanical and 5+ years in automotive testing, with familiarity in hybrid powertrains, automatic transmission, and CAN tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automotive or Electro-Mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in automotive testing and testing facilities.
• Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage.
• Experience in technically leading a team.
• Proficiency with CANape, CANalyser, AVL-CRETA, INCA and MATLAB.

Responsabilités

• Define the validation approach for the domain(s), including the virtual validation.
• Sign-off on the validation results for domain milestones.
• Ensure execution of part of the extended product design validation test plan.
• Provide work instructions on technical cases to other team members.
• Convert abstract test needs into real test requests.
• Coordinate weekly planning from long-term plans and resolve roadblocks.
• Prepare, coordinate, perform data analysis and reporting of development tests.
• Build knowledge of testing facilities across Europe.
• Collaborate with different disciplines to solve roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Define the validation approach for her/his domain(s), including the virtual validation.
• Sign-off on the validation results for her/his domain at SOP or other milestones.
• Ensure the execution of a part of the extended product design validation test plan and you make sure the agreed milestones are being met.
• Supports the rest of the organization with her/his practical knowledge by providing work instructions on specific technical cases for her/his domain(s)
• Convert abstract test needs into real test requests
• Convert the long term planning in weekly planning and solve roadblocks which endanger the progress in order to ensure high efficiency.
• Prepare, coordinate, perform (data) analysis and reporting of development tests.
• Build up knowledge of testing facilities all over Europe
• Work together with different disciplines to solve possible roadblocks

Qualifications

• Master in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical with a strong interest for automotive or equivalent by experience
• Experience in the field of automotive testing and testing facilities.
• Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage
• Experience in technically leading a team
• VECTOR CANape;/ CANalyser,/AVL-CRETA;/INCA /Matlab

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive sect
