Expleo, a global engineering and consulting partner, seeks a project leader to drive automotive programs from initiation to delivery in Belgium. You will coordinate engineering, validation, quality and manufacturing teams, manage budgets, timelines and risks, and ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead automotive projects from initiation through development, validation, industrialization, and delivery.
• Define and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, priorities, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, validation, quality, software, hardware, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers.
• Act as the main interface between the customer and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet timing, quality, and cost objectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and delays and define mitigation and recovery plans.
• Track project KPIs, actions, open points, and critical issues.
• Organize and lead project meetings, steering committees, and customer reviews.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment between all project stakeholders.
• Manage changes in scope, requirements, priorities, and project constraints.
• Coordinate resource planning and ensure appropriate allocation of competencies across the project.
• Follow project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance where applicable.
• Support escalation and issue-resolution activities.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal processes, and applicable automotive quality standards.
• Support project documentation, reporting, and management reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project-management processes and best practices.
