UCB is seeking a Squad Lead for its Transformation Office in Belgium. You will lead end-to-end process transformation within RUBY, plan quarterly value releases, and ensure progress across processes, data, governance, and technology.

You will coach squads in agile delivery and align process, data, system and product owners. Hybrid-first with 40% in the office; regulated life sciences environment experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification is required.
• Five to fifteen years of experience in transformation, digital, data, or process excellence roles.
• Experience in regulated environments, ideally life sciences.
• Experience applying agile methodologies in complex organisational settings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through change.
• Ability to align diverse stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical thinking and understanding of data transformation and governance.
• Knowledge of research, development, or technology environments is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead quarterly value releases and ensure delivery across process, data, governance, and technology dimensions.
• Measure and validate value realisation using clear success metrics and transparent reporting.
• Coach squads in agile delivery and support long-term capability building.
• Ensure alignment with process, data, system, and product owners to drive integrated transformation.
• Coordinate data transformation and FAIR data governance activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks, and interdependencies and report to program leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and adoption of agile ways of working across teams.
