V-IT NV in Brussels is seeking a Squad Lead to support the delivery phase of our transformation program in a regulated environment. You will drive implementation and ensure value realization across process, data, governance and technology.

You will lead QVRs, coordinate data foundations and AI capabilities, mentor squads in agile practices, and align stakeholders across business, process and tech to deliver on commitments.

Responsabilités

• Lead Quarterly Value Releases (QVRs) and ensure delivery across process, data, governance and technology.
• Drive the implementation phase after process redesign activities.
• Coordinate technology deployments, data foundations, AI capabilities, and digital solutions.
• Document processes into SOPs in a regulated environment.
• Measure and demonstrate business value through defined success metrics.
• Coach squads on agile delivery practices and build sustainable capability.
• Align business, process, data and technology stakeholders.
• Coordinate data transformation activities and data governance initiatives.
• Manage backlogs, reporting, risks, dependencies and overall delivery progress.
• Work autonomously within the squad structure and pro-actively identify solutions.

Role Overview:

As a Squad Lead, you will support the delivery phase of the transformation, driving implementation and value realization in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Quarterly Value Releases (QVRs) and ensure delivery commitments across process, data, governance, and technology.


• Drive the implementation phase following process redesign activities.


• Coordinate technology deployments, data foundations, AI/agent capabilities, and digital solutions.


• Support the documentation of processes into SOPs within a regulated environment.


• Measure, track, and demonstrate business value realization through defined success metrics.


• Coach squads on agile delivery practices and support sustainable capability building.


• Ensure alignment across business, process, data, and technology stakeholders.


• Coordinate data transformation activities and data governance initiatives.


• Manage backlogs, reporting activities, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery progress.


• Work autonomously within the squad structure and proactively identify solutions and delivery opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Digital technology delivery and implementation experience.


• Experience leading complex transformation, digital, data, or process excellence initiatives.


• Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.


• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


• Ability to operate autonomously and proactively in a large transformation program.


• Strong transformation and delivery leadership capabilities.


• Data transformation and governance experience.


• Fluent English communication skills.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Agile and/or Scrum certifications.


• Experience implementing digital solutions, data platforms, AI capabilities, or enterprise collaboration technologies.
