UCB is seeking a Digital Laboratory Solutions Manager to accelerate our digital transformation across laboratory environments at the Braine-l’Alleud campus in Walloon Brabant, Belgium. You will lead deployment, evolution, and improvement of digital lab solutions, acting as product owner and project manager to boost data quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with scientists, IT, QA, validation, and external partners to deliver impactful solutions and ensure alignment with laboratory needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific, digital, technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing or coordinating digital solutions or technology initiatives.
• Experience with digital laboratory solutions, laboratory data management, and documentation workflows.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse audiences.
• Ability to drive change, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in complex environments.
• Understanding of laboratory operations and scientific processes; laboratory experience is an advantage.

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital laboratory solutions from design through deployment and validation.
• Act as business owner, ensuring solutions remain aligned with laboratory needs and standards.
• Coordinate support, training, user feedback, and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor industry trends and promote innovative technologies that create business value.
