Job summary

ETNIC, the public-interest IT operator for the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, seeks a seasoned Transformation Consultant to lead PMO and portfolio governance in a Brussels-based hybrid assignment from November 16, 2026 to May 28, 2027. You will consolidate management information, steer programmes and monitor budgets and risks.

With at least ten years of relevant experience, a master’s degree, and native French, you’ll collaborate with business and IT teams to update roadmaps and deliver

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in management, engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years in PMO, programme steering, portfolio management or transformation.
• PMO, programme steering and portfolio management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, information synthesis and structuring skills.
• Native French language required.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate management information for decision making.
• Prepare governance meetings (SteerCo, committees).
• Monitor project and programme progress and dependencies.
• Monitor portfolio budgets and risks.
• Update the overall transformation roadmap.
• Produce dashboards and management reports for senior leaders.
