Adjugo in Brussels-Hoofdstad is seeking a Medior IT Project Manager for a nine-month, full-time hybrid assignment at the Administrative Centre of the City of Brussels. The role requires on-site presence at least three days per week, with an immediate start and end date of 30 June 2027.

You will lead and coordinate client needs with business and IT teams, manage risks, deliver milestones, and ensure governance and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Must have Medior IT project management experience.
• Advanced Lean proficiency.
• Advanced SCRUM proficiency.
• Dutch or French proficiency.
• Limited working English.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse and formalise client needs and requirements in relation to project objectives.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure alignment between business teams, IT teams and suppliers.
• Plan and monitor project activities, deliverables, milestones and dependencies.
• Consolidate workload estimates, costs and resource needs for changes and developments.
• Lead and monitor solution deliveries and software adaptations within agreed deadlines and commitments.
• Identify and monitor risks, issues, dependencies and deviations, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure governance, reporting and regular communication on project progress.
