Telenet is seeking a Transformation Expert to lead organizational change within the Agility & Transformation tribe, driving value delivery and improved outcomes.

The role focuses on embedding Ways of Working, shaping change strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders across all levels, while supporting enterprise transformation programs. Remote options available in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Experience in transformation programs at enterprise level.
• Master's Degree required.
• Languages: English (fluent), Dutch (fluent), French (plus).
