BDO Belgium’s Strategy & Transformation Team seeks a Senior Consultant to guide transformation journeys for telecom clients. You will analyze business processes, propose improvements, and lead workshops to enhance customer experience and digital readiness.

The role blends business insight with technical collaboration, delivering value from day one. We value experts who are proactive, autonomous, and collaborative, with strong stakeholder management and a track record of driving impactful change

Qualifications

Master's degree required in Engineering, Management or Economics.
2–5 years as a consultant or in telecom sector with relevant domain knowledge.
Native-level Dutch or French, very good knowledge of the other language, and solid business English.

Responsabilités

Guide clients through transformation journeys with tailored solutions.
Drive efficiency gains and improve customer focus in telecom projects.
Lead discussions and define communication plans to support employees through changes.
Conduct business analysis and workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure deliverables quality.
