Nobel Biocare Envista in Mechelen (Belgium) seeks a logistics-focused coordinator to manage venue selection, AV needs, and supplier coordination for national T&E activities. The role involves creating marketing materials in line with branding guidelines and serving as the main contact for local speakers on operational matters.

You will oversee regional events, collect course feedback, and provide reporting to the T&E Manager.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate logistics for T&E within the country and manage venues and suppliers.
• Design flyers and brochures following branding requirements.
• Be the contact for local speaker arrangements (audio visual, hotels, etc).
• Prepare and oversee logistics at regional events and congresses.
• Collect course evaluations and deliver reporting to the T&E Manager.
• Track speaker evaluations and report outcomes of Nobel Biocare courses.
• Propose ways to attract participants to T&E programs.

Coordinates logistics aspects of T&E within his/her country (finds ad book the venue, distributes audiovisual materials, finds the best suppliers for audiovisual material, catering, prepares communication material : invitations, flyers)

Designs flyers and brochures for Nobel Biocare education programs following Nobel Biocare branding template and requirements

Is the contact person for local speaker's regarding functional aspects (audio visual requirements, hotel booking...)

Prepares and oversees logistic aspects at regional events and congresses

Collect course evaluation and keeps track of sales team reporting and delivers reporting and delivers reporting to the respective T&E Manager.

Keeps track of speaker evaluation

Follow up and reports the outcomes of Nobel Biocare courses

Job is based in Mechelen near the station.

Proposes ways to attract participants to our T&E programs to the T&E Manager
