Nobel Biocare in Mechelen, Belgium, is seeking a logistics and events coordinator to drive T&E operations nationwide. You will arrange venues, AV, catering, and invitations, and act as the main contact for speakers.

You will design marketing materials, manage regional event logistics, collect course evaluations, and report outcomes to the T&E Manager. Fluent in French, Dutch & English with leadership to motivate teams is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates logistics for T&E within the country: venue selection, AV/materials, suppliers, invitations and flyers.
• Designs flyers and brochures for Nobel Biocare education programs following branding templates.
• Serves as the local speaker contact for AV/hotel arrangements and related needs.
• Prepares and oversees logistics for regional events and congresses.
• Collects course evaluations and provides sales reporting to the T&E Manager.
• Keeps track of speaker evaluations and reports outcomes of Nobel Biocare courses.
• Role is based in Mechelen near the station.
• Suggests ways to attract participants to T&E programs to the T&E Manager.
