Nobel Biocare is seeking a logistics and events coordinator based in Mechelen near the station. The role focuses on coordinating the logistics of education and training events across the country, designing promotional materials, and serving as the main point of contact for local speakers.

You will oversee venue arrangements, AV requirements, catering, and communication materials, while collecting feedback and reporting to the T&E Manager.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of marketing management tools and CRM systems.
• Experience with change management processes.
• Ability to adapt quickly to market demands and country specific requirements.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate logistics for T&E within the country, including venue, AV materials, catering, and invitations.
• Design flyers and brochures for Nobel Biocare education programs following branding templates.
• Serve as the contact person for local speakers regarding AV, hotel bookings, and related needs.
• Prepare and oversee logistics for regional events and congresses.
• Collect course evaluations and report to the T&E Manager; track speaker evaluations and outcomes.
