Nobel Biocare Envista, part of the Envista family, seeks a Logistics and Events Coordinator based in Mechelen. You will coordinate AV, venues, and supplier selections, design marketing materials, and act as the local contact for speakers, hotels, and events.

You will oversee regional events, collect feedback, report results to the T&E Manager, and help attract participants through targeted programs and communications. Strong leadership and multilingual skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate logistics for T&E within the country, including venue booking and supplier selection.
• Design flyers and brochures following branding guidelines for Nobel Biocare education programs.
• Serve as local contact for speakers regarding AV needs and hotel bookings.
• Prepare and oversee logistics for regional events and congresses; report to T&E Manager.
• Collect course evaluations and track sales team reporting; deliver reports to the T&E Manager.
• Monitor speaker evaluations and follow up on outcomes of Nobel Biocare courses.
• Propose strategies to attract participants to T&E programs to the T&E Manager.

Job Description

Coordinates logistics aspects of T&E within his/her country (finds ad book the venue, distributes audiovisual materials, finds the best suppliers for audiovisual material, catering, prepares communication material : invitations, flyers) Designs flyers and brochures for Nobel Biocare education programs following Nobel Biocare branding template and requirements Is the contact person for local speaker’s regarding functional aspects (audio visual requirements, hotel booking…) Prepares and oversees logistic aspects at regional events and congresses Collect course evaluation and keeps track of sales team reporting and delivers reporting and delivers reporting to the respective T&E Manager. Keeps track of speaker evaluation Follow up and reports the outcomes of Nobel Biocare courses Job is based in Mechelen near the station. Proposes ways to attract participants to our T&E programs to the T&E Manager #LI-LN1
