Tenos in Liège region seeks an experienced Freelance Time & Attendance Specialist to bridge business, operations and UKG configuration. You will ensure Belgian compliance and optimize integrations with SD Worx, SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleForce.

The role focuses on reducing manual processing, validating new configurations with users, and creating guidance for ongoing UKG adoption. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in UKG Workforce Management and Time & Attendance systems.
• Strong payroll knowledge and impact on payroll processing.
• Experience in industrial or complex operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Act as the local functional expert for UKG Workforce Management for Belgian requirements.
• Identify, analyse and resolve functional issues within UKG affecting time & attendance and payroll.
• Support the implementation partner in configuring UKG to ensure accurate processes.
• Reduce manual processing by optimizing system configurations and governance rules.
• Monitor interfaces between UKG, SD Worx, SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleForce.
• Test and validate new configurations with key users before go-live.
• Support end users with best practices and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare functional documentation and training materials for UKG.
