Zusammenfassung

Belgie Vacature is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Officer in Tienen to handle payroll processing for Belgium and gradually expansion to other European countries. You will administer benefits, support HR processes, and collaborate with international colleagues in a hands-on, data-driven role.

The ideal candidate has payroll/HR experience, English fluency, and strong MS Office skills; knowledge of Workday or SD Worx is a plus. This full-time, hybrid position offers growth and cross-border exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payroll, HR administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent command of English. Dutch/French or other European languages are a strong asset.
• Solid MS Office skills. Experience with Workday and/or SD Worx is a plus.
• A proactive, customer-oriented, and communicative personality.

Aufgaben

• Managing payroll processing for Belgium and gradually other European countries.
• Administering a range of employee benefits including company cars, insurance, pensions, and mobility solutions.
• Contributing to optimising payroll and HR processes; identifying improvements.
• Maintaining accurate employee data and HR records.
• Being the main contact for payroll and benefits questions for employees and managers.
