Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in business administration, economics or related field.
• Seven years of relevant experience in project or programme management.
• Proficiency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Plans and leads components of multidisciplinary teams and programs.
• Develops monitoring frameworks and tools for project delivery.
• Conducts research, data collection and analysis to inform policy proposals.
• Provides technical backstopping to field projects and country offices.
