OneSource Consulting is seeking a Senior Tester - Test Automator for CHR/Activation and AI SDLC projects. The role focuses on validating functional procedures, analyzing AI-generated test cases, and ensuring coverage across manual and AI-driven scripts.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, coordinate with DEV and AI teams, and enrich the test suite to maintain quality and traceability in Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr environments. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

• Demonstrable knowledge of Test Methodology (ISTQB, Agile, ...)
• Good and demonstrable knowledge of and experience with software development according to the SCRUM methodology
• At least 5 years of demonstrable relevant experience as a Test Automator

Responsabilités

• Follow-up of all system-level test activities for CHR/Activation built with or without AI support.
• Analyze test cases and scripts delivered by Agentic AI against predefined Business stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manual testing of test cases/scripts and checking scope, completeness and correctness.
• Supplement/adapt test cases/scripts where necessary.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like demos, stand-ups with DEV-Team, and retrospectives within CHR/Activation.
• Engage in stand-ups with the AI SDLC team.
• Enrich the test set and adjust it with additional test cases/scripts.
• Provide feedback to AI SDLC team regarding quality and coverage of AI test scripts.
• Track sprint progress in Jira, document in Confluence, write test cases in Zephyr.
• Compare coverage/results of manual tests with AI test scripts output.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• For the Central Tenant Register/Activation project and the AI-SDLC project within Client, we are looking for a senior Tester - Test Automator who can perform the functional validations within the framework of the CHR project on the one hand and on the other hand can combine this with validations of the AI Agentic development and follow up on the necessary tests and test automation, check, adjust and implement.
• Within the ICT department of Client, the challenges around digitization are numerous and we have several teams that are active.
• At the same time, the applications within Client must be able to quickly follow changes in current events and policy.
• Within the solutions made available, the input of AI Agentic development is also applied. Within this context, we want to use someone with a sufficient technical background and yet with a typical testing approach to follow, control and improve the AI Agentic developments and test scripts where necessary.
• The profile of Senior Tester - Test Automator CHR/Activation and AI SDLC will mainly be responsible for the follow-up of all system-level test activities that are set up for the CHR/Activation and that are built with the help of AI or not.
• This task mainly consists of:
• Looking up in the available analysis documentation how a functional procedure/task should behave.
• Analyze test cases and scripts delivered by the Agentic AI on the basis of the predefined Business stories with acceptance criteria and possibly supplement them where necessary.
• Manual Testing of these test cases/scripts and checking for scope, completeness and correctness.
• Supplementing/adapting the test cases/scripts where necessary
• Following Agile ceremonies as a demo, stand-up with DEV-Team, retrospective within CHR/Activation
• Participating in stand-up with AI SDLC team
• Enriching the test set and adjusting it if necessary with test cases/scripts that have not yet been provided. Provide feedback to AI SDLC team regarding quality and coverage of the AI test scripts.
• The follow-up of the sprints is done in Jira, the documentation is kept in Confluence and test cases are written in Zephyr.
• Test scripts are made available by the Agentic AI.
• The Tester / Test Automator must also compare the coverage and results of the (manual) test cases within the CHR/activation and the output of the AI test scripts of the AI-SDLC Team.

CONTEXT

• The central tenant register (CHR) will register data on all tenants of social housing in Flanders and of the rental process.
• The aim of the CHR is to ensure sound reporting and statistical analysis, policymaking, strategic decisions and support for social landlords. The CHR will be a source of information for Client and for social landlords, for various purposes (parliamentary and press questions, BSO, supervision, subsidy calculation for subletting activity, performance database, willingness to work, source list of tenants of rented housing for Vlabel vfor the reduction of property tax for tenants - together with the CWR...).
• For the Activation Section, all non-professionally active social tenants and prospective tenants will be obliged to register with the VDAB and to actively participate in the pathway to work offered by the VDAB. A sanction is provided in the form of a rent increase for social tenants or prospective tenants (as soon as they become tenants), who fail to register with the VDAB or who persistently refuse to cooperate in the VDAB's path to work.
• The AI_SDLC project aims to develop, implement and evaluate an AI-driven software development lifecycle (SDLC) through a pilot within the CHR initiative, so that Client can use artificial intelligence within software development in a controlled and scalable way.

THE PROJECT OBJECTIVES ARE:

• To set up an AI platform and associated governance framework to support the software development lifecycle.
• Validate the use of AI in analysis, development, testing, documentation and quality assurance within the CHR project.
• Gain measurable insight into the impact of AI on efficiency, quality, risks, costs and teamwork.
• Achieve a sustainable and vendor-independent approach through scenario 1B, separating application delivery and AI governance.
• Develop a reusable operating model that, in the event of a positive evaluation, can be rolled out in phases to other tailor-made teams within Client.

SKILLS

MUST HAVE:

• Proven experience as a test specialist in testing large mission-critical applications

• Experience within a TDD working methodology is an important plus
