Mission Overview
Keystone Solutions is seeking a Test Automation Specialist for a consultancy mission at a client site. As a consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing application components used within the organization. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, enhancing your professional development and learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As a Test Automation Specialist, you will:
- Create a test plan and define acceptance criteria with the business and development team for each increment, optimizing existing test plans.
- Create, document, and execute integration and end-to-end (E2E) tests.
- Ensure the automation of the execution of created tests (both personally and by supervising others).
- Track and maintain existing integration and end-to-end test cases.
- Evaluate and improve test coverage in a reasoned manner.
- Assess the priority and criticality of detected bugs and take precise actions.
- Support the analysis and development process by providing critical feedback.
- Participate in organizing user acceptance testing.
You will also take on the following roles:
- Scrum Master for the team: ensuring organization and follow-up of agile rituals within the team, implementing an 'inspect and adapt' mindset.
- Domain Quality Steward: ensuring adherence to testing best practices across the domain teams.
Technical Skills
- Advanced mastery of test definition (acceptance criteria, test plan creation, test plan execution).
- Advanced mastery of test automation techniques (methodology, best practices).
- Advanced mastery of SQL (creating medium complexity queries: joins, deltas, etc.).
- Active knowledge of testing frameworks (testing levels, testing responsibilities, etc.).
- Active knowledge of object-oriented programming (Java coding is required).
- Active knowledge of a version control system such as GIT.
- Active and recent knowledge in an agile environment.
- Active knowledge of XML.
- Ability and recent experience in managing E2E testing of a feature independently and autonomously.
- Knowledge of various testing tools used at the client site (Xray, Postman, Cucumber, Playwright, etc.).
- Recent experience in implementing complex payment/accounting systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- ISTQB, TMAP, or equivalent certification.
- Scrum Master certification.
- Recent experience in the public sector/social security systems is a significant advantage.
- Active knowledge of REST and SOAP exchanges.

Selection Criteria
- Mastery of applicable technical skills and tools.
- Technical skills: Test analysis, test automation techniques, mastery of different levels of the testing pyramid (definition, implementation, best practices), E2E management of identified bugs (detection, analysis, validation).
- Tools: Playwright, Cucumber, Postman/Bruno, Git, Jira, Miro, Opengrok.
- Language: Advanced knowledge of Java (code writing), SQL queries (medium complexity), XML, REST/SOAP interfaces.
- Methodology: Agile (Scrum).
- Mastery of required behavioral skills. Particular importance is given to team spirit, autonomy (being the sole tester on a project), and initiative.
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Knowledge and experience in a large payment and accounting system. Knowledge of the pension allocation and payment system is a significant advantage.

The candidate must be available to work full-time starting from November 1, 2026 (project imperative). The candidate will be required to be on-site 2 days a week.
