Expleo is seeking a Test Manager to define and implement test strategies for major projects in the IS Life Division. You will lead end-to-end testing, plan execution, and deliver quality metrics across Agile and Waterfall environments.

The role requires 5–8 years in test management, ISTQB Foundation, and strong Azure DevOps and Power BI skills. Fluency in English, Dutch and French is preferred, with hybrid/work-from-home options available.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Test Management experience.
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
• Strong Azure DevOps experience.
• Experience with Agile & Waterfall.
• Basic Power BI knowledge.
• Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills.
• Insurance/IT experience is a plus.
• Fluent English, Dutch & French.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement test strategies and test plans for major projects within the IS Life Division.
• Lead, coordinate and oversee end-to-end testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and manage test execution, ensuring testing is delivered according to scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor test progress, analyse results and provide quality metrics, status updates and risk reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including defect identification, prioritisation, tracking and follow-up until resolution.
• Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, analysts, developers and test engineers.
• Use Azure DevOps for test case preparation, execution, work-item management, dashboards and defect tracking.
• Create and maintain Power BI reports/dashboards to communicate testing progress, risks and recommendations.
• Identify testing risks and proactively implement mitigation actions.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies and quality standards.
• Support testing governance, coordination and alignment across the IS Life Division.
• Ensure testing activities support business and regulatory requirements.
• Work effectively within both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
