Expleo Group is seeking a Business Analyst in Brussels to translate business needs into data-driven requirements and build Power BI dashboards. You will work across business, IT, data and AI teams, facilitating workshops and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Requirements include a 2–5 year track record in data projects, strong Excel/SQL/Power BI skills, and insurance sector experience. Flexible homeworking is offered within a supportive, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-related projects.
• Experience working in project mode: planning, coordination, testing and follow-up.
• Cross-functional collaboration with business, IT, data and AI teams.
• Hands-on Excel, SQL, Power BI and PowerPoint storytelling.
• Mandatory experience in the insurance sector.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate into data-driven requirements.
• Analyze data to identify actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis and business needs.
• Support project planning, coordination, testing, and deployment activities.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain project and functional documentation.
• Act as a bridge between business, IT, data and AI teams.
• Facilitate workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support definition, validation and implementation of Data, AI and GenAI use cases.
• Contribute to AI/GenAI adoption and change-management activities.
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations with narratives, visuals, ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-related projects.
• Experience working in project mode, including planning, coordination, testing, and follow-up.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, IT, data, and AI.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint storytelling.
• Experience in the insurance sector is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Databricks is considered an advantage.
