Expleo Group is seeking an experienced HR Program Lead to drive end-to-end HR projects across planning, delivery and post-launch evaluation. You will define objectives, manage cross‑functional teams, and report progress to HR leadership while advancing learning, development and performance programs.

The role emphasizes transformation, process redesign and strong stakeholder collaboration, with a focus on improving efficiency and employee experience across the HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR project management and HR transformation.
• Proven experience in Learning & Development and performance management.
• Strong understanding of organisational effectiveness, process redesign and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and storytelling skills.
• Good level of English and Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end HR projects from planning and business case development through implementation and post-launch evaluation.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, governance, resources, risks and success measures.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and provide regular progress updates to HR leadership.
• Lead performance management initiatives , including performance frameworks, goal setting, feedback and development planning.
• Support HR transformation and new ways of working across the HR organisation.
• Analyse and redesign HR processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience.
• Facilitate workshops for process redesign, workflow optimisation and role clarification.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new HR processes and operating models.
• Drive continuous improvement across Learning & Development, organisational effectiveness and HR service delivery.
• Work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders and employees to translate strategy into practical solutions.

• Experience leading change management and transformation programmes
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and project leadership
• Experience translating HR strategy into practical solution
