Expleo in Brussels is seeking an experienced consultant to support the implementation of AI and automation within various projects. The role requires at least 9 years of relevant experience and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to define business needs and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support the business in leveraging new technologies to achieve efficiency and help navigate the complexifying operational reality.
• Define business expectations and link with the implementation teams.
• Be a spokesperson for the use AI and automation within the company.
• Based on business needs, the consultant will analyse and describe the requirements for the solution.
• Use their knowledge on the use of AI to apply this in a TSO setting.
• Assess the value of AI and automation use cases.
• Coordinate the implementation of new technologies from different fields within cross‑functional projects.
• Train and help the business to use tools optimally.

Qualifications

• You have at least 9 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and/or French and a good command of English.
• You have a degree in civil engineering or commercial engineering, a master's degree in science or an equivalent degree.
• You have in‑depth knowledge of the different types of AI and automation that exist on the market.
• You have in‑depth knowledge of project management.
• You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
• You have initial professional experience in implementation of AI within a large company, preferably a within a regulated environment such as TSO’s.
• You can work independently and efficiently, you take initiatives, and you work in a solution‑oriented manner.
• You are very customer‑focused, flexible, and critically minded. You are a true team player.
