Job summary

CDH Professionals Inc invites an experienced Test Manager to own testing strategy, quality assurance and test coordination within a large organisation. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in major change programmes.

You will work closely with IT, development and business teams to improve testing processes, introduce automation and ensure high software quality across transformations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years' experience in software testing, including complex enterprise-level testing programmes.
• Strong Dutch and English communication skills.
• Solid experience with test automation, including implementing, improving or managing automation frameworks.
• Good knowledge of testing methodologies such as ISTQB and/or TMAP.
• Experience with testing and monitoring tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, Xray, Dynatrace or similar.
• Familiarity with test data management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Good understanding of APIs, data structures and SQL.
• Experience developing testing strategies and approaches within software development and transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable coaching colleagues and working across multidisciplinary teams.
• Able to operate independently in an environment where processes and structures are still developing.
