Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior Test Automation Engineer to design, implement and maintain automated tests using Java and Selenium (v4+) within agile teams in Brussels. You will collaborate across the development cycle to ensure high quality software delivery and scalable test automation.

In this role you will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, run API and end-to-end tests, and manage test data and environments.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer.
• Experience with Agile Testing and the full testing process.
• Knowledge of ISTQB, TMap, STBox or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience with TDD, ATDD, BDD, Exploratory and Session-Based Testing.
• Strong automation with Java and Selenium (v4+).
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence and test management tools.
• Good stakeholder management and proactive teamwork.

• Agile Testing, structured test methods and the full testing process.
• Knowledge of ISTQB, TMap, STBox or equivalent frameworks.
• TDD, ATDD, BDD, Exploratory Testing and Session-Based Testing.
• Selenium (v4+), Cucumber / Gherkin, Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman and Swagger.
• Jira, Confluence, Xray, Git / GitLab, Maven and TestNG or JUnit.
• Java, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• SQL, test data management, XPath, CSS Selectors and Regular Expressions.
• Basic Angular knowledge in a testing context.
• Stakeholder management, critical thinking and independent, proactive teamwork.
• Ability to challenge existing solutions constructively and suggest alternatives.
• Dutch or French, C1.
• English, C1.
